Seven Mile Island by Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, is a cool re-working of Americana Blues with some new twists. I liked this song instantly.

Feel Love Thinking Of by the Faunts is a cool bit of 80's style Synth Pop, but without, what I consider, to be the pretentiousness of this genre. What struck me about this song was the rough almost folksy style of the vocals. Check this one out.
