The soaring "Never Again," tender "Heroine" and confessional "An Extraordinary Life" most closely mirror the gems crafted by keyboardist Geoff Downes, drummer Carl Palmer, guitarist Steve Howe and singer-bassist John Wetton on 1982's "ASIA" and 1983 follow-up sophomore effort "Alpha." Other memorable cuts on "Phoenix" include the infectious pop of "Alibis" and the emotive ballad "I Will Remember You."
